  • All artwork is subject to availability.

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time without notice.

  • Payment is processed securely through the Wix platform using Stripe.
     

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Australia and internationally.

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Artwork is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Please inspect your item upon arrival.
     

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

  • If you believe your item is damaged, please contact us at helene.printmaker@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

  • Refunds or exchanges are issued at our discretion.
